Information Systems Service Desk Agent – Hybrid (3x week in the office) - £26,225Overview:We’re looking for an enthusiastic Information Systems Service Desk Agent to join our clients high performing IS team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of a collaborative environment that supports the technology needs of the professionals who help athletes perform at their best.Role Responsibilities:Provide first-line support for hardware and software, resolving as many issues as possible on a first-time-fix basisLog, monitor and escalate incidents through our Service Desk ticketing systemKeep users informed with timely updates on ongoing issuesProvide administration and troubleshooting across the Microsoft 365 suite, Azure Active Directory and ExchangeSupport IS projects and help identify improvements to processesProduce clear, consistent documentation and contribute to our growing Knowledge BaseProvide occasional on-site support across locationsEssential Experience & Skills:Experience working in an IT Service Desk environmentStrong troubleshooting skills across desktop, mobile and networking technologiesAbility to prioritise workload under pressureClear, user-friendly communication skillsDesirable Skills & Experience:Level 2 or Level 3 ICT qualifications, or equivalentsCompTIA A+Experience with Exchange and M365 administrationExperience supporting MDM, device security and encryptionKnowledge of cyber security threats, MFA and best-practice countermeasuresPackage:£26,225Full Corporate BenefitsSheffield (3x week in the office)
