Job Description The In‑House Construction Solicitor will be: Drafting & negotiating construction and general commercial agreements Advising stakeholders on NEC and JCT terms Preparing and securing collateral warranties Drafting, negotiating and completing bond documentation Managing initial stages of litigious matters and instructing/managing external panel firms The Successful Applicant The In‑House Construction Solicitor should be: A solicitor or equivalent with minimum 2 PQE in construction law Experience of both contentious and non-contentious matters (ideal) Well‑versed in NEC, JCT and bond documents Confident managing external counsel and advising non‑legal stakeholders What's on Offer This is more than just a role, it's a career opportunity with: £75,000-£85,000 plus annual bonus 5% discount on a new home!
