Join a community that cares about you!nnMore about your rolenYou'll be responsible for managing and overseeing the performance of a team of Estates Operatives to ensure high-quality estate services. You'll collaborate closely with the Contracts Manager and key stakeholders to deliver services efficiently, maximizing productivity and value for money, while constantly reviewing routes for effectiveness. You'll monitor on-site activities, ensuring health and safety best practices are followed, and work with in-house teams and contractors to maintain high service standards and meet KPIs. You'll assist with identifying opportunities for additional works and supporting income streams, manage depots and fleet vehicles, and lead health and safety compliance. Additionally, you'll report H&S concerns, manage activities via IT systems, and help develop sites for sustainability. You'll also support the recruitment and development of the operative team to align with service and business objectives. This is a great opportunity for a cleaner with line management experience or an experience cleaner looking to step into a Team Leader role.nnThe EssentialCriteria for this role is listed below.nnExtensive practical experience of one or more aspect of estate services in cleaning.nPrevious abilityto createstrong, positive working relationships with operatives, peers, stakeholders and support teams.nMust have a full driving licensennnMore about younYou'll need extensive experience in estate services with a focus on cleaning for this role, alongwith strong leadership skills and the ability to set an example through clear communication. Building positive relationships with operatives, peers, and stakeholders is key, as well as being capable of working both independently and within a team. You should have high personal integrity, be outcome-focused, and possess the ability to motivate yourself and others. Attention to performance, values, and detail is essential, and you must be able to drive.
