Procurement & Supply Chain Manager Location: Northwest Liverpool / St Helens / Warrington Salary: 42,052 + 4,145 car allowance Contract: Permanent | Full Time | 39 hours The Opportunity Were working with a leading contractor operating across the construction and repairs & maintenance sector, seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to oversee materials and warehouse contracts with an annual spend of around 12m. Youll play a key role in driving best value, managing supplier performance, and ensuring a smooth, efficient supply chain that supports large-scale housing and maintenance operations across the Northwest. This is a hands-on, strategic role with the opportunity to shape procurement strategy and mentor a small, high-performing team. What Youll Bring CIPS Level 4 (or working towards) or equivalent experience Strong background in procurement and contract management, ideally within housing, construction, or maintenance Experience managing supplier performance and complex contracts Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Confident leader who can drive value and continuous improvement If youre commercially astute, a team player, and ready to lead a high-performing supply chain, wed love to hear from you.
