Job DescriptionOur client, a high growth food manufacturer that is recruiting a Managing Director UK & I.Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for setting strategic objectives and driving business performance across the UK & Ireland.Key responsibilities include:Full responsibility for P&L and delivering strategic goals in line with expectations;Creating and developing win-win relationships with key customers;Identifying growth opportunities whilst managing risk and aligning strategic goals with operational capability;Leading a small but high performing team across all functions to create a collaborative environment and ensure short and long term objectives are met.To apply, you must be a highly motivated, inspirational commercial business leader with significant experience of leading a Division of a high growth Food manufacturer.You will have shaped and implemented commercial strategy and developed operational excellence to deliver strategic objectives.
