Job Description Operations AdministratorSheffield Permanent37.5 hours per week We are supporting a high-growth clean energy technology company as they scale their zero-emission power operations across the UK.Their technology is already supporting critical infrastructure and major organisations and demand is growing rapidly.As Operations Administrator, youll play a key role in enabling the deployment of clean power across the UK, helping ensure projects are delivered smoothly, safely, and on time. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to contribute directly to the transition to net zero.What youll be doing:Coordinating deployment schedules, logistics and resourcesBooking transport, equipment, labour and fuel deliveriesRaising purchase orders and maintaining accurate documentationTracking equipment and updating internal systemsSupporting communication across operational, technical and commercial teamsHelping ensure excellent customer experience throughout deploymentsWhat were looking for:Experience in operations, logistics, or project administrationHighly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfident communicator, comfortable working with internal teams and external stakeholdersProactive, adaptable, and able to take ownership of tasks through to completionPositive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilityEnergetic and enthusiastic, with the ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environmentConfident using MS Office; SAP or MS Project experience is advantageousPassion for clean energy and contributing to meaningful, real-world impactThis is a rare opportunity to join a mission-driven organisation at the forefront of the clean energy transition, where your work will have visible, real-world impact.
