This is a true business partnering role, working hand-in-hand with senior leaders and departmental heads to provide commercial insight, financial analysis, and strategic support that directly influences key decisions. You'll be the trusted finance voice in the room, helping shape plans, challenge thinking, and ensure that resources are used effectively to deliver real value. The organisation is entering a busy phase, including a national audit process and a number of ongoing strategic projects, so they're looking for someone who can start immediately and make an impact from day one. You'll need to be comfortable operating at pace, able to pick things up quickly, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders across a complex, purpose-led environment.
