Job Description Elevation HR are delighted to be recruiting for a leading public sector organisation in Sheffield as they look to recruit a HR Advisor on an initial 3 month basis, with a potential extension.HR Advisor - Immediate Start Sheffield, Hybrid 3 Months - Potential to be extendedFlexible Hours Full Time / Part Time - Would consider someone on a part-time basis 3-4 days per week As part of the People Service Team, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on problem-solving, and is confident coaching stakeholders at all levels.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first line of HR support via a ticketing system and shared inbox, responding to a wide range of queriesTriage and manage employee relations cases, escalating where appropriateProvide guidance and coaching to managers on absence management and day-to-day HR mattersSupport on a variety of ER cases, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment legislationMaintain accurate records and ensure all casework is logged and tracked effectivelyBenefits as a HR Advisor include:Hybrid Working - 2 Days WFHFlexi Time28 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays (Pro-rata)Westfield Health Pension 5%We are looking for someone who is immediately available or has a short notice period (1 - 2 Weeks), if you are competent in ER case management then we would love to hear from you.
