This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic and progressive senior leadership team as Head of Operations at New Hall Hospital.Reporting to the Hospital Director, youll ensure the successful operation of New Hall Hospital, taking responsibility for operational planning to achieve activity targets and the overall management of staff within the non-clinical departments, which underpin our ability to provide excellent care to patients. With a focus on innovation, youll ensure that our services deliver the highest standards, whilst meeting budgetary requirements and business deadlines.
