Interim Soft Services Consultant Client-Side Organisation (Kent) Day Rate: Up to 400 per day Duration: Interim Assignment We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Consultant to join a client-side organisation in Kent on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact by improving service delivery and compliance across key soft FM functions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct a full audit of cleaning services , ensuring standards meet contractual and operational requirements Perform time and motion studies to assess efficiency and identify optimisation opportunities Review current practices and procedures, recommending improvements for cost-effectiveness and service quality Engage with stakeholders and service providers to implement best practice solutions Requirements: Proven experience in soft services management , ideally within a client-side environment Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, auditing, and compliance Ability to analyse operational workflows and deliver actionable insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Location: Kent Rate: Up to 400 per day TPBN1_UKTJ
