Youll be working across a diverse range of residential development projects, helping to turn land into thriving, sustainable communities.What Youll Be DoingSupporting the preparation and submission of planning applications and appealsMonitoring and interpreting local plans, planning policy, and housing supply dataAssisting in the planning strategy for new land acquisitionsLiaising with local authorities, consultants, and internal departments (Land, Technical, Design)Supporting community engagement and public consultation processesPreparing reports, site appraisals, and planning statementsContributing to pre-application discussions and planning committee meetingsWhat Were Looking ForA degree in Town Planning, Urban Studies, Geography or a related field (RTPI accredited or working towards accreditation)04 years of experience in planning ideally in a local authority, consultancy, or developer environmentA solid understanding of the UK planning systemExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasksA genuine interest in residential development and place-makingWhat is on offer Competitive salary 28k - 40k based on experienceAnnual bonus, pension, and comprehensive benefits packageHybrid/flexible working arrangementsRTPI mentorship and support with APC (if applicable)Ongoing professional development and CPDExposure to live projects and meaningful input from day oneA collaborative, supportive team culture within a business committed to building quality homes and communitiesReady to help shape the future of housing?
