Salary: Competitive Location: North West/Lupton - this is a hybrid role with office days on site in Lupton and travel required across our Schools in the UK. In a competitive market, this role is all about innovation and proactivity: youll work closely with key stakeholders to define resourcing requirements, promote our employer brand, and implement our new direct sourcing model. Youll also have the chance to build talent pipelines, enhance candidate experience, and support our current teams by upskilling managers, reducing turnover, and improving retention.In this role, youll have full ownership of all recruitment activities, combining high-volume recruitment support from a dedicated team with hands-on responsibility for senior hires and headhunting. Youll establish and manage effective talent channels, drive creative hiring campaigns, and act as a trusted expert to hiring managers through workforce planning and market insight.
