Youll work closely with senior leaders to forecast future staffing needs, shape our employer brand, and deliver a values-led, inclusive recruitment culture that supports outstanding outcomes for children and young people.Leading a high-performing resourcing team, youll oversee recruitment operations across all functions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence throughout. Youll also drive innovation through digital transformation, data-led improvements, and strategic projects such as internal mobility, EVP development, and diversity hiring initiatives. Heres what we need from you;Leadership Experience:Proven track record of leading recruitment or resourcing functions, ideally within education, healthcare, or social care settings.Safeguarding Expertise: Strong understanding of safer recruitment practices and safeguarding legislation.Strategic and Operational Capability: Able to think strategically while effectively managing day-to-day recruitment operations.Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation.Workforce Planning: Experience in workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and proactive sourcing strategies.What we do for youWe know youre going to do great things.
