With global reach in 45+ countries and an 80,000 sq. ft. distribution centre in Yorkshire, were proud to support healthcare professionals in delivering safe, effective care to their patients.Were looking for a Complaints & Vigilance Associate to join our Quality team. In this role, youll play a key part in logging, investigating, and resolving product complaints, helping us deliver continuous improvement and maintain compliance with global regulatory standards. What youll do:Receive and manage complaints from healthcare professionals, internal teams, and regulatorsEnsure accurate documentation within the complaint management systemInvestigate complaints, assess product impact, and coordinate product returns where neededConduct root cause analysis and summarise findings using 5 Whys methodologyCollaborate with suppliers, R&D, and service teams to resolve issuesDetermine whether complaints meet regulatory reporting criteria (MHRA, FDA, MDR, etc.)Prepare and submit reports to the appropriate authorities within required timelinesTrack complaint trends to identify recurring issues and support product improvementContribute to quarterly quality reviews and annual management reports What were looking for:Essential:Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS), ideally in a medical device environmentExcellent organisation skills, attention to detail, and written communicationStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionallyA proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDesirable:Experience reporting to competent authorities (e.g. MHRA, FDA, EU Vigilance)Familiarity with root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions What we offer:Monday to Friday working patternFree on-site parkingEnhanced maternity and paternity leaveCompany pension schemeCycle to work schemeHealth & wellbeing supportSick pay, additional leave, and moreFriendly, collaborative team culture driven by our core values: Solution Focused | Collaboration | Innovation | Adaptability | Communication | Integrity Location: Our headquarters is just outside Selby, North Yorkshire.
