Job Description Were hiring an RF Engineer to work on cutting-edge RF and mmWave technologies within a highly capable engineering team. This is a hands-on role focused on design, testing, and problem-solving, contributing directly to the delivery of robust, real-world RF products.Youll take ownership of RF design activities while working closely with a broad group of engineers to bring concepts through to production-ready solutions.Your day-to-dayDesign and simulate RF and mmWave circuits, modules, and subsystemsAnalyse system-level performance, optimise designs, and troubleshoot complex RF issuesCarry out RF measurements, characterisation, and validation on prototypes and production hardwareCreate and maintain clear technical documentation such as design notes, test plans, and reportsEnsure solutions meet performance targets, compliance requirements, and customer needsFeed innovative ideas into future product and technology developmentProvide technical support during customer discussions, bids, and proposal activity when neededFrom concept to productionDeliver RF designs in line with project schedules, cost targets, and quality expectationsSupport design maturation from early prototypes into volume manufactureWork with manufacturing and process teams to ensure designs are buildable, repeatable, and high qualityIdentify technical risks early and help drive mitigation throughout the development lifecycleWorking with othersCollaborate closely with electronics, mechanical, software, and systems engineersAct as a technical reference point for internal teams and external partnersShare progress and technical outcomes through design reviews and project updates
