Production Shift Supervisor Salary: 32,000 Location: Seaham We are working with a well-established manufacturing business who are looking to appoint a Production Shift Supervisor to support and lead their production teams on a rotating shift pattern. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with experience in a manufacturing or production environment who enjoys leading people, driving performance, and maintaining high standards on the shop floor. Shift Pattern Week 1: Monday 06:00 - 14:30 Tuesday to Friday 06:20 - 14:30 Week 2: Monday to Friday 14:20 - 22:30 The Role Supervise and support production operatives to ensure daily targets are met Ensure health 'safety, quality, and housekeeping standards are maintained at all times Monitor performance, productivity, and downtime, taking corrective action where required Support training, inductions, and ongoing development of team members Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth shift handovers The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar Background in a manufacturing or production environment Strong people management and communication skills Able to work a rotating shift pattern Proactive, organised, and confident making decisions on shift What's on Offer 32,000 salary Stable, permanent role within a growing business Supportive management team and clear structure Opportunity to develop supervisory and leadership skills TPBN1_UKTJ
