You will deliver engaging teaching across Levels 4 and 5, provide academic support to students, and contribute to curriculum development within our growing Engineering provision.This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, shaping innovative approaches to learning and teaching while supporting students to achieve their full potential.This is a group role, therefore you are are expected to travel across North Lindsey College and Doncaster College.Essential CriteriaDegree (Level 6) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related disciplineMinimum Level 2 Literacy and NumeracyStrong subject knowledge in mechanical engineering theory and practiceAbility to teach and support undergraduate students effectivelyExcellent organisational and communication skills, with flexibility to work evenings when requiredKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality teaching across Mechanical and related Engineering modules at Levels 4 and 5Act as Academic Tutor, providing guidance and support to students throughout their studiesParticipate in curriculum planning, development, and quality assurance processesContribute to programme documentation, annual reports, and student engagement activitiesEngage in scholarly activity and promote Higher Education within the local communityWhy Join Us?Competitive salaryEnrolment onto the Teachers Pension Scheme – 28.68% Employers contribution 35 Bookable annual leave days, bank holidays, and 2 weeks off at Christmas.
