We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!As a Sales Advisor based in our Scunthorpe branch youll be responsible for:Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendationsResponding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitudeWorking within the warehouse maintaining excellent Health & Safety standards (This will involve manual handling heavy stock e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets)Booking stock in and putting it away in the designated locationPicking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiencyDriving a 3.5T making deliveries to our customersThis is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07.30am - 4.30pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.And heres what wed like you to have:A full UK Manual Driving Licence is essentialPrior customer service and sales experience with the ability to engage with the customer to deliver outstanding serviceTo be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branchEagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethicStrong computer skillsPlease be aware that we are extending the application period for this role until the new year.
