A well-established well regarded local law firm in Scunthorpe is seeking a qualified Private Client Solicitor to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is looking for a senior role with genuine involvement in the ongoing management and development of the firm. This is more than a standard fee earning position. It's an opportunity to join a long standing practice with a loyal client base, where your experience, judgement and ideas will genuinely matter. THE ROLE: You will handle a broad range of private client matters, including: Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Lasting Powers of Attorney Trusts and related advisory work In addition to fee-earning, the successful candidate will play a supportive role in the day-to-day running and strategic direction of the firm, working closely with the partners on operational, compliance, and strategic matters.
