Trainee Machine Operator 4 Days a Week

A top tier producer of sustainable, recyclable pulp packaging products. Shift Patterns - rotating days and nights 06:00 18:00 (Mon-Thurs, 36 hrs) @ 12.59/hr 18:00 06:00 (Fri-Sun, 36 hrs) @ 13.81/hr Key Responsibilities: Operate and fine tune machinery to ensure smooth, efficient production. Perform quality checks and team up with maintenance to resolve any issues. Keep the workspace safe and clean, following best practices. Collaborate with different departments to exceed customer quality standards. Requirements: Previous experience in manufacturing or mechanical/engineering roles. PLC experience is an added bonus (but not essential). A sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills. A positive mindset with a can-do attitude, ready to support the continuous improvement of site operations.
