Operating under the frameworks of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems, you will partner closely with colleagues across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, Planning and the broader Technical team. You will also lead efforts in product development, quality improvement and problem-solving, playing a key role in continuous improvement initiatives across the mill. THE ROLE Lead and manage all technical activity in your area of the Rod Mill.Drive process and product improvements to enhance quality, efficiency and customer value.Analyse operational and quality data to identify trends, diagnose issues and inform decisions.Support the resolution of quality concerns through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.Design and execute product and process trials aligned with continuous improvement goals.Collaborate across functions to ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal quality standards.
