Your primary focus will be to embed safety, predictability, reliability, and availability into every decision and action. You'll cultivate a strong culture of ownership and accountability, championing a safety-first approach in all aspects of the operation.As Plant Manager you will be responsible for:Lead the ERF site team, promoting a strong safety-first culture.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).Achieve and report on targets for plant availability, waste throughput, and energy production.Drive a culture of performance, continuous improvement, and staff development.Manage site financials, including P&L ownership, budgeting, and cost control.Align operational practices with industry best standards and implement improvements.Maintain legal and regulatory compliance.To be considered for this role you should have:Proven track record of leading large technical teams or departments at a senior management level.Strong financial acumen, with hands-on experience managing P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.Demonstrated ability to implement and manage corporate management systems effectively.Senior leadership experience within power generation or a comparable process-driven environment.Extensive experience in contract management, including negotiation, execution, and performance oversight.What's on offer:A performance related bonusCar AllowanceMedical coverLife AssuranceA company pensionTo apply:If you are interested in this role please apply via the link below or contact Darren at MC Technical Recruitment on 01489533030 / for a confidential chat.TPBN1_UKTJ
