This is a key leadership role ensuring compliance with UK legislation, ISO standards, and client requirements, while embedding a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.The Role Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).Lead on HSE compliance, risk assessments, and internal audits.Manage non-conformances, corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).Oversee supplier approvals, audits, and technical agreements.Act as primary contact for auditors, regulators, and customers.Lead and develop the QA team, ensuring robust document control and reporting.Support managers with best practice in safety, quality, and environmental management.About You Experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within Construction or Traffic Management .Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and trained in auditing.Degree or HNC in Quality, Engineering, or related discipline.Management experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills.Proven track record of compliance and driving continuous improvement.Personal Attributes Results-driven and self-motivated.Able to prioritise and manage complex workloads.Collaborative leader who develops and supports their team.Strong integrity and commitment to safety and quality.Benefits: Company vehiclePension scheme & health benefitsOngoing training and career developmentOpportunity to make a real impact in a growing businessTPBN1_UKTJ
