This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded real estate team within a leading UK law firm, working across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters—with a unique focus on the growing telecoms property sector.You’ll work alongside a collaborative, close-knit team of experienced professionals on a varied caseload that includes:Telecoms property work – managing and acquiring telecoms infrastructure sites, supporting major clients with large-scale projects, and playing a hands-on role in client relationshipsCommercial leasing – acting for both landlords and tenants across a range of sectorsProperty investment – handling sales, acquisitions, and leasing across various asset classesProperty finance – primarily acting for lenders on secured lending transactionsThis role offers real responsibility and autonomy, with the opportunity to manage transactions from end-to-end and be directly involved in client communication and project delivery.What We're Looking For3–6 years’ PQE in commercial real estateExperience in telecoms-related property work is desirable but not essentialExcellent drafting skills and confident client handlingA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage high-volume work to deadlinesEffective communicator and team playerYou’ll be joining a supportive, experienced team in an ambitious and well-respected firm.
