What Youll Be Doing Setting up and operating high-precision CNC milling and turn-mill machines. Working from engineering drawings to create components that meet exacting tolerances. Carrying out in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment. Supporting a culture of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and teamwork. What Were Looking For At least 2 years experience in CNC machining (3 & 5 axis). A strong eye for detail with excellent ability to interpret engineering drawings. Skilled in metrology and confident in using measuring equipment. Positive, collaborative, and ready to contribute ideas in a modern manufacturing environment.
