After a period of exciting development, we are looking for an outstanding Chief Executive to build on our success, secure our financial sustainability, and drive the next phase of innovation. We exist to improve the lives of people aged 50 and above — particularly the most vulnerable — by developing and delivering services that add years to life and quality to years. As our communities age dramatically over the coming decades, the role the charity will be more vital than ever. As the CEO, you will have a dual focus: Consolidating our growth by ensuring the stability and sustainability of our services Developing new, innovative services that meet emerging needs and help our communities thrive You will work alongside a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, build strong partnerships with statutory and voluntary sector organisations, and represent the organisation at local, regional, and national levels.
