The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including holiday lets and commercial establishments. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the establishment. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and an ability to follow instructions meticulously. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly disposition. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
