Youre the first face guests see as they step into a sanctuary of relaxation, and youre there to ensure every detail of their experience is seamless and extraordinary.OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE - Experience of working in hotels or the hospitality within administration roles Experience in working within a fast paste environment Experience dealing with complaints/enquiriesIMPLEMENTING OUR YES, WE CAN PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL - Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service, aligned with our professional standardsMaintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker facilitiesServe spa guests with refreshments and ensure a relaxing atmosphere throughout their visitAssist with towel and linen management including restocking and reporting damaged itemsCarry out regular pool tests in line with health and safety standards, reporting any irregularitiesPromote and up-sell treatments and products to meet personal and departmental targetsRECRUITMENT INFO - In the event we receive a high number of applications, we reserve the right to close this campaign early.
