As an Audio Visual crew booker you will be expected to directly support the Project Managers in a co-ordination role. Overseeing the communication with contractors and staff, booking accommodation, raising purchase orders and preparing briefing documents.Responsibilities:Support commercial director in his scheduling, client liaising, event planning and other aspects in event planning and deliveryBook crew, accommodation and logistics as requiredBe part of the team and support others in peak periodsWork within allocated job budgetsSupporting with list making, note taking and task chasingKeep database up to date with all informationContinue to build freelance databaseRegular check ins with PMs to discuss upcoming jobsSupplying planning sheets and RAMS to crew on siteMaking sure all information needed from crew is on systemSkills Required:Organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skillsStrong people skillsUnderstands the flexible nature of the events industry and who is used to working unsociable hours.IT Skills essential - Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skillsPrevious work within eventsIf you believe you are suitable for this role, please apply with your CV today!
