The role involves managing 15 one-bedroom flats for adults with complex needs.About the RoleEnsure high-quality service delivery through effective management and support planning.Develop and maintain flexible and realistic support plans in collaboration with service users, family members, and professionals.Manage everyday operational tasks and be responsible for a team during times of change.Ideal CandidatePrevious experience as a manager within the Learning Disability sector, preferably supported living.Knowledge of CQC regulations and experience of managing services governed by these regulations.A sound understanding of supported living services, including staff supervision.Effective communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.About Our ServicesWe offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.
