Job Opportunity: Supported Living ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supported Living Manager to join our team in Sandwich, Kent.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing two adjacent apartment blocks comprising 15 individual one-bedroom flats. Our organization provides intensive support for adults with complex mental health backgrounds, autism, learning disabilities, or physical health needs.In this role, your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality services consistently. You will work closely with your team to develop and maintain flexible and realistic support plans using our digital care management system in collaboration with the individuals we support, their families, and other professionals.You will oversee everyday operational management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This position would suit an experienced Team Manager/Team Leader looking to take on more senior responsibilities.You will lead your team through a period of change, and a background in supported living will be beneficial. Flexibility is essential, and you should have a full driving license and access to a car.Requirements: Previous management experience within the Learning Disability sector, preferably supported living; Knowledge of CQC regulations and experience of managing services governed by these regulations; Experience of improving services and managing multiple properties; Sound understanding of supported living services; Ability and experience of working alongside Commissioners, Stakeholders, Regulators, and other parties involved with a service; Participation in an on-call rota; Undertaking CQC registration following successful probation.Benefits: 32 days paid holiday per year, increasing with each year of service up to 34 days; Option to buy additional holidays and spread the cost.About Us:As a leading health and social care provider with over 300 locations across England, we prioritize the delivery of exceptional services.
