Our experienced team is committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients and is dedicated to delivering a supportive and professional service, but remains approachable with a good working atmosphere.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Personal Injury Fee-Earner based in Sandwich in East Kent. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, mostly in the intermediate track, including client interactions, case assessments, legal research, and preparation of legal documents. The fee-earner will be expected to negotiate their own settlements, liaise with medical and legal professionals, and represent clients' best interests throughout the claims process.Once past the probation period, fee-earners here spend part of their working week in the office and part of it working from home.QualificationsExperience in handling own Personal Injury cases including settlement negotiationsStrong legal research, drafting, and documentation skillsEffective communication and client relationship management skillsAbility to work well within a teamKnowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the field of Personal InjuryIdeal for a legal executive (litigation rights preferred but not essential) or an experienced paralegalPlease contact [email protected] for further information
