With a reputation for innovation and manufacturing excellence, they are now looking to recruit an experienced HR & Recruitment Advisor to join their high-performing team at their site in North Ayrshire during this exciting and high-growth phase. The role is initially expected to last around 12 - 18 months, with a strong possibility of extensionThe RoleThis role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process while also contributing to wider HR initiatives. The role is split 50/50, with a strong focus on attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent, alongside supporting employee engagement and general HR operations.You'll be the go-to person for recruitment managing vacancies from start to finish, liaising with hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout. At the same time, you'll play a key role in embedding new employees into the business and contributing to a positive, people-focused culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full recruitment cycle from job scoping and advertising to interviewing and offer managementCollaborate with external recruitment partners and agencies to proactively meet hiring needs and secure the best talentWork closely with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs and build tailored attraction strategiesSupport onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a smooth and engaging introduction to the businessCoordinate and deliver employee engagement activities in collaboration with the wider HR teamProvide first-line HR advice and guidance on policies, systems, and proceduresAssist with maintaining accurate HR records and supporting compliance and reporting requirementsContribute to broader HR projects as required, supporting a proactive and responsive HR serviceAbout YouProven experience in recruitment or HR, ideally in a fast-paced, manufacturing, or life sciences environmentA solid understanding of onboarding and employee engagement best practicesA strong communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships with managers and candidates alikeHighly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPrevious experience in a generalist HR setting is desirableCIPD qualification (or working towards it) would be an advantageWhat's On OfferCompetitive salary + benefitsThe chance to take real ownership of recruitment while developing broader HR experienceA supportive and forward-thinking working environment within a global organisationThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a key period of growth and changePlease reach out to me today on 07779 858 438 or for a confidential chat.Brightwork Ltd offers the services of an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary rolesTPBN1_UKTJ
