Where Youll Add Value This isnt an operational HR role. Its strategic, project-based, and forward-looking. Youll work on: Learning & Development frameworks Skills mapping and capability building Building out career progression paths , salary grades, and banding frameworks Leading on succession planning and talent pipeline work Supporting organisational design and structure reviews Partnering with senior stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, and Exec functions Acting as a trusted advisor while helping embed a strong, values-led culture Youll be joining a company with ambitious growth plans and a people-first ethos, giving you the platform to drive real change. What Youll Bring Proven HRBP or Senior People Partner experience in a fast-paced or technical environment A strong understanding of strategic HR youre as comfortable designing frameworks as you are influencing leaders Experience leading projects across L&D , career development , and organisation design Confident working independently and partnering closely with leadership CIPD qualification or equivalent experience Why This Role?
