HR Business Partner Strategic People Projects - Hybrid (Salisbury-based HQ) | Up to 60,000 Looking to step into a strategic HR role where you can genuinely shape the people roadmap? This ones for you. The Opportunity Im working with a pioneering engineering business operating at the cutting edge of aerospace innovation. As they continue to scale, they''re investing in their people function - with a sharp focus on long-term growth, skills development, and organisational maturity. Theyre now hiring a HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leadership, take ownership of key people initiatives, and help shape the future of the organisation. Youll have a seat at the table and the freedom to make a real impact across the business. This role is hybrid, with regular presence onsite at their Salisbury HQ. Where Youll Add Value This isnt an operational HR role. Its strategic, project-based, and forward-looking. Youll work on: Learning & Development frameworks Skills mapping and capability building Building out career progression paths , salary grades, and banding frameworks Leading on succession planning and talent pipeline work Supporting organisational design and structure reviews Partnering with senior stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, and Exec functions Acting as a trusted advisor while helping embed a strong, values-led culture Youll be joining a company with ambitious growth plans and a people-first ethos, giving you the platform to drive real change. What Youll Bring Proven HRBP or Senior People Partner experience in a fast-paced or technical environment A strong understanding of strategic HR youre as comfortable designing frameworks as you are influencing leaders Experience leading projects across L&D , career development , and organisation design Confident working independently and partnering closely with leadership CIPD qualification or equivalent experience Why This Role?
