Trainer/Assessor in Plumbing & Heating Location: Salisbury Salary: 29,294 - 40,814 per annum (Trainer/Assessor Pay Grade 5 - 13) (Dependant on skills, qualifications & experience) Do you have solid experience in the plumbing industry and crave more stability and fulfilment? What Youll Do Maintain safe, tidy, and fully equipped plumbing workshops and training spaces Lead practical plumbing sessions teaching real-life installation, repair and maintenance projects Guide students in building confidence and gaining vital plumbing trade skills Ensure tools, materials and work areas are well maintained and fit for purpose Support assessment, feedback and portfolio building as part of student development What Youll Bring NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Plumbing / Domestic Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent qualification) Gas Safe Registered Solid hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance or repair work Strong communication skills and a knack for helping others learn and grow A passion for quality workmanship and an interest in teaching/training ?
