About Us Catalina Spas Ltd is one of the UKs longest-established suppliers of hot tubs and swim spas. Since 1997, weve delivered award-winning products, bespoke solutions, and outstanding service to both residential and commercial customers. Were growing our B2B side and are looking for a sales person whos comfortable building relationships and happy to assist with installations and deliveries. This is a varied role in a small, close-knit team where flexibility and a hands-on approach are key. The Role Your main focus will be B2B sales , developing relationships with retailers, holiday parks, and developers, while also supporting B2C enquiries. Youll manage sales from enquiry through to order fulfilment, provide technical support during installations and deliveries, and help the team where needed. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Identify and approach new B2B prospects, visit trade partners, prepare quotes, raise orders, and follow up on sales leads. Technical & Installation Support: Assist with hot tub and swim spa installations and deliveries, provide basic fault-finding, and demonstrate products to clients. Skills & Experience Sales experience Technically/practically minded comfortable with tools, installations, and product handling Strong communication and organisation skills Full UK driving licence essential Comfortable with manual handling Helpful, but not essential: Experience in hot tubs, leisure, or home improvement sectors; basic electrical knowledge; forklift licence (not essential) What We Offer Product and technical training Supportive, family-run business culture A varied role where no two days are the same Friday lunch on us a little end-of-week treat from the company TPBN1_UKTJ
