Commercial Property Lawyer

Job Description We have an opportunity for a career with Parker Bullen as a Commercial Property Lawyer.Experience managing a full andvaried caseload of commercial property matters;Demonstrate expertise in the acquisition and disposal of commercial freehold and leasehold properties, both with and without vacant possession;Strong working knowledge of non-contentious landlord and tenant matters;Proven experience acting in development transactions, including promotion agreements, options, conditional contract and overage arrangements; Experience acting for lenders in secured lending transactions; Ability to perform under pressure while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to advise clients clearly and commercially;Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting working relationships;Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability;Capable of working independently using sound judgement, while proactively seeking guidance or clarification when appropriate; and Experience in residential property matters and pension schemes in property transactions would be advantageous but is not essential.
