Job Description An exciting opporuntity has arisen in the Wiltshire location with a Top Legal 500 practice who are recruiting for a 2 - 6 PQE property solicitor to join their expanding farms and estates property team. This is a traditional firm, known for their impressive client base and approachable / friendly ethos. Youll be joining a strong team made up of consultants, partners, associates and trainees. The work involved will include, but not be restricted to:- Sales & purchases of rural properties and businesses Negotiating section 106 agreements Acting for banks on property and development land Assisting on complex land transactions Promotion agreements Acting predominantly on behalf of private clients You will be given the chance to get involved in VHNW matters, ranging anywhere from 500,000 to 50 million.
