Job Description Service AdvisorFranchised Motor Dealership - SalisburyOur client is looking for a Service Advisor to join the team at their Salisbury site.Salary: Basic 29,500 OTE 36,000Driving Licence Required: YesHours8am -6pm Monday - Friday1 in 3 Saturday Mornings42.5 hours per weekThe RoleAs a Service Advisor, you'll act as a key liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. In this pivotal role, you'll support the Aftersales Manager in driving service department performance, overseeing daily operations, and helping to coach and motivate the team.You'll manage customer bookings, communicate service updates clearly, and identify opportunities to promote additional products and services.
