Site Manager

We are currently seeking a Site Manager to work on a supermarket framework. This project is based in Salisbury and involves a full refurbishment. This is a temporary position with a company who have an excellent reputation at delivering retail projects. This specific project is 6 weeks but further work available. Previous experience working on supermarkets/retail projects is essential. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the successful completion of the project. Oversee all aspects of the project, including safety, quality control, and scheduling. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensure the project meets all timelines, budget requirements, and health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with the client. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager with a background in similar projects. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid.
