Finance Manager required for a charity going through some exciting change. Are you a finance leader ready to make a real impact in the charity sector? I am looking for a Finance Manager to lead the team and ensure top-notch financial reporting and forecasting. If you thrive in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment and have a passion for supporting a team, this is your opportunity to shine! What You'll Do: Lead and mentor a small finance team to deliver accurate, timely financial reports and forecasts. Manage budgeting, year-end processes, and ensure VAT and compliance standards are met. Provide strategic financial insights and support for fundraising, bids, and tenders. Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to drive financial success. What You Bring: Proven experience in financial management and reporting, ideally within the charity sector. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration. Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis abilities. Ability to make complex financials easy to understand and actionable for all stakeholders. Ideally part qualified Benefits Overview: Pension : 3% employer, 5% employee contribution (NEST scheme).
