We’re looking for a Screening Account Manager to join our Screening team on a 9-month fixed-term contract, playing a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring vetting services are delivered seamlessly.The RoleAs a Screening Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their vetting and compliance needs are met to the highest standards. You’ll manage client accounts, oversee candidate screening processes, and provide insightful reporting to support data-driven decisions. Working closely with the Client Operations Manager, you’ll ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved while driving continuous improvement in how we deliver.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementAct as a trusted partner for client stakeholders, including line managers and recruitment teams.Own account management for selected clients, building strong and lasting relationships.Produce and deliver accurate management information (MI) reports to clients.Lead quarterly business reviews and regular client catch-ups to monitor satisfaction.Be the first point of contact for reports, queries, and operational issues.Service Delivery & Process ManagementMonitor and achieve client SLAs and KPIs.Proactively manage systems and adapt processes to meet changing client requirements.Create and maintain account documentation, process flows, and escalation procedures.Ensure compliance with all data protection and company policies.Continuous Improvement & SupportAnticipate and plan resource requirements to manage fluctuations in client volumes.Support the wider team with escalations, case handling, and project planning.Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance client delivery.Personal & Professional GrowthStay up to date on vetting legislation and best practice to provide expert guidance.Take ownership of your development, supported by tailored learning and progression opportunities.What We’re Looking ForExperience in a candidate screening/vetting environment (essential).Knowledge of compliance, employment law, and sector-specific requirements.Strong client-facing or customer service skills with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and reporting skills.Proficient in Word and Excel (intermediate level).Solution-focused, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Working with usAt Morson, we know our people are our strength.
