The ideal client will have experience as a Residential Conveyancer. Joining at a really exciting time you will be:THE ROLEManaging a large and varied case loads including purchases, freeholds, and leaseholds. Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and developers to ensure a smooth line of communication Provide Legal Advice on case progression and client management Working with local clients and referrals Maintain up to date information on CRM systems Managing a mix caseload of mortgages and freeholds. Managing stamp dutyThe PersonMust be qualified with experience. An ambitious and enthusiastic individual. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Organisation skills.
