Hands-on Experience in Unix/Linux Operating System & Shell Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, communication Skill Understanding and L2, L3 operations experience of relevant domain (OSS, B2B, Wholesale, Corporate) Root cause analysis and problem management for recurring issues Create work arounds which can be applied by junior team members Perform Change management, Planning, Coordination and deployment in pre-prod, prod environments Responsible for CSIP, Automation of manual jobs/activities Analyse vulnerabilities and progress vulnerability fixes Perform capacity management activities Perform Disaster Recovery activities, failover testing Create SOP for L1, L2 junior resourcesJBRP1_UKTJ
