Join us and play a key role in keeping our brewery performing at its best - where engineering excellence meets craft and quality.About the roleAs a Food & Drink Manufacturing Engineer, youll work across brewing, packaging, and site utilities - maintaining and improving the systems that take our beers from raw ingredients to finished product. Deliver a strong PPM programme (target 80:20 planned vs reactive) Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively Maintain critical utilities (steam, CO, compressed air, water, refrigeration) Work safely using risk assessments, isolations, and permits Identify and resolve safety, quality, and hygiene non-conformances Support apprentice development and drive continuous improvement Participate in an on-call rotaAbout you A proactive, multi-skilled engineer who takes pride in high standards Strong team player with a forward thinking to problem solving Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Confident communicator who can work across teams and shifts Takes ownership and leads by exampleExperienceExpected NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Engineering Experience in a food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing environment Proven fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems Experience with automated or high-speed production equipment Knowledge of utilities and site services Comfortable with CMMS systems and standard IT toolsDesirable BOAS and Confined Space trainingWhat we offer in return 25 days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays) Company bonus scheme 30% discount on food & drink within our managed pubs & Visitors Centre shop 50% discount on accommodation within the managed estate Fantastic training & career development opportunities Pension Scheme 4% Employee and Employer.
