Architectural Technician

My client, a well-established architectural practice, is seeking an experiencedArchitectorArchitectural Technicianto join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take full ownership of projects frominitial client brief through to on-site delivery . You’ll work across all RIBA stages including design development, planning applications, building regulations, and site coordination. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects independently from concept to completion Develop design and technical packages using AutoCAD Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors Prepare planning and building regulations submissions Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a similar role Strong AutoCAD skills essential Proficiency in SketchUp and Photoshop advantageous Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision This is an exciting opportunity to gainautonomy, responsibility, and long-term progressionwithin a supportive team environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
