Your new companyYou'll be joining a well-established Estates and Facilities team within a reputable organisation, known for delivering high-quality support services. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a busy and dynamic environment, supporting the smooth running of facilities operations.Your new roleAs a Facilities Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the team with all administrative tasks linked to the CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) system and helpdesk. Your responsibilities will include:Managing and updating the CAFM system with accurate dataLogging and tracking helpdesk requests, ensuring timely resolutionLiaising with internal teams and external contractorsProducing reports and analysing data to support operational decisionsMaintaining compliance records and service documentationProviding general administrative support to the Estates teamWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a facilities or estate settingFamiliarity with CAFM systems Strong organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environmentWhat you'll get in returnThis is a fantastic temporary opportunity to start immediately, supporting a busy and dynamic Facilities team during a pivotal period as they implement a new CAFM system. Based in Saffron Walden, this full-time role offers a hybrid working pattern-with three days in the office and two days working from home.
