Front of House Supervisor | Essex | 40 hours per week | 26,000 per year (with review after probation) Our client is seeking a friendly and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join their Bar & Catering team. As the Front of House Supervisor, you'll support and deputise for the Bar and Catering Manager, ensuring our bar, kitchen, and restaurant run smoothly while delivering top-tier service to members and visitors. What They're Looking For: Experience in bar or catering industries with leadership skills A passion for delivering exceptional customer service Supervisory experience is a plus Strong team management and problem-solving abilities What You'll Do: Supervise daily operations and staff across bar, kitchen, and restaurant Ensure high standards of service and presentation Assist in coordinating functions and events Cashing up Locking up and opening up Manage rotas and inventory alongside the Bar and Catering Manager Handle customer queries and feedback with a smile Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations What can you expect in return?
