Test & Measurement Technician

An RF Test and Measurement Technician with a strong understanding of test methodologies, basic fault diagnosis skills and strong hands-on experience with a range of RF test equipment will join an established Technical Consultancy.Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.Ideally holding a formal Electronic related qualification, the successful Test and Measurement Technician will possess experience of working with a range of RF test equipment including spectrum analysers, power meters, network analysers and signal generators as well as bringing detailed documentation skills.The role:Youll execute test procedures in accordance with defined test plans.Youll operate a range of RF test equipment.Will accurately document test results in a clear structured format.Assist in the development and automation of test procedures using scripting tools.Youll perform basic fault finding and debugging of electronic circuits.Work closely with design and systems engineers to interpret results and suggest improvements.Skills and experience should include:Electronic Engineering or related qualification.Hands-on experience with a range of RF test equipment such as spectrum and network analysers.Basic knowledge of electronics and circuit level diagnostic experience.Familiarity with scripting languages for test automation.Attention to detail and a methodical approach.Good documentation skills.TPBN1_UKTJ
