HR Advisor – 12 Month FTCRuncorn - £35,000paASAP StartWe have a new opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is either available at short notice or immediately to join a fantastic business based in Runcorn on a 12 Month FTC.This role does offer 1 day a week WFH and the opportunity to really progress knowledge and experience.This role requires someone with extensive ER experience and experience working at a fast pace/high volume of case work is involved.Key Responsibilities as a HR Advisor:Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all employee relations matters.Provide guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints and workplace issues.Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistent application of policies and practices.Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.Draft and review documentation such as disciplinary letters, investigation reports, and policy updates.Support organizational change initiatives with a focus on communication, fairness, and employee engagement.Requirements:CIPD Qualified (desirable)3+ years of experience in an employee relations or HR advisory role.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsWhy join?Competitive Salary up to £35,000Fantastic HR team to support youFlex to work from home 1 day per week
